The property was fabulous, I strongly recommend!
The hotel was a useful base for enjoying a very quite area, right by France, historical Vouvray and a private garden. The location was marvellous and good, the staff was friendly! Plus, I could reach River Cisse a 10-15 minute walk from the venue. I really enjoyed 2 nights in this property.

Our room had a cool private garden attached to it, built into the rock. It was right off the bedroom, and we also had a nice bathroom with a tub for a relaxing soak. 🌿

Clos Mariotte Vouvray is truly a hidden gem. the attention to detail in the rooms is remarkable. We stayed in the Java room and were amazed by the private garden carved out of the rock, giving it a unique charm. Secondly, the staff's friendliness and willingness to make our stay enjoyable really stood out. Madame Florence took the time to chat with us during breakfast and even corrected our French grammar, making us feel like valued guests. Lastly, the homemade breakfast was simply delightful. The freshly baked croissants, yogurt, and jams were mouthwatering and the perfect start to our day.
All in all, our experience at this hotel was fantastic.

Enjoyable New Year the location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions and activities. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with a variety of options and homemade jams. the staff was friendly and helpful in recommending nearby restaurants and providing directions. the festive New Year ambiance was a plus, creating a memorable experience.
Limited amenities the room was small with outdated furnishings and noisy heating. the lack of amenities such as a gym or spa was disappointing, especially during a New Year's stay.
